Pacha Manka
Traditional Andean Kichwa Lunch Ceremony
Join us for a special Kichwa Pachamanka lunch ceremony, where we prepare food using a traditional Andean method that connects us with the earth. In this ancient cooking ritual, we place meat, vegetables, and grains in the ground, cooking them with hot stones to create a meal full of flavor and love (vegan and vegetarian options available!). As the food steams, we honor Pachamama (Mother Earth) for her abundant gifts. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a beautiful communal experience, where we come together to share food, stories, and the spirit of nature. We invite you to be part of this unique tradition.
This lunch ceremony is available throughout the year to private individuals and groups who are interested in learning more about the Andean culture and kitchen.
